Our ProfitsUP Mastermind Group is for the owners and key upper management of home service companies.
The goal of our group is to learn from each other, inspire each other and grow our companies. Leave your egos at home, they only hurt you. Bring humility and servant's heart and you will go home with far more than you arrived with.
Come prepared to share your numbers. Before the meeting you will receive request for your Income Statements and Select KPI's. Your numbers will be placed side by side with all the other companies in attendance. (You will be asked to provide your numbers about 45 days prior to the event.)
What to expect: You will be humbled and inspired. You will make new friends and deepen relationships with others. You will look forward to coming every year going forward.
Day 1:
We will have guest speakers and exercises designed to get you thinking different about your business.
We will have dinner in a privet atrium at STK Steakhouse where we will be entertained by a Mentalist.
Day 2:
In addition to more guest speakers, we will side-by-side compare your income statements and selected KPI's. You will be asked to have submitted your numbers 30 days prior to the event to be allowed to participate in this day's meeting. To see everyone's numbers you must share your numbers with everyone. AND YOU MUST KEEP WHAT YOU LEARN CONFIDENTIAL.
Dinner in the privet mezzanine at Il Sogno Italiano.
Accommodations:
The meeting room is at the Hilton Gas Lamp Quarter, a quick cab ride from the airport and a 10-15 minute walk from each evening event. Rental cars are not needed.
