Our Profit Masters Mastermind Group is for the Owners and key upper management of home service companies.
The goal of our group is to learn from each other, inspire each other and grow our companies. Leave your egos at home. Bring your humility and servant's heart.
Come prepared to share your numbers. Before the meeting you will receive request for your Income Statements and Select KPI's. Your numbers will be placed side by side with all the other companies in attendance. (You will be asked to provide your numbers about 45 days prior to the event.)
What to expect: You will be humbled and inspired. You will make new friends and deepen relationships with others. You will look forward to coming every year going forward.
Day 1:
We will get you thinking differently about how you play your role in your company. This is a day for leaders to become better leaders. It's a day to think differently.
We will end the day with a trip to Top Golf for some food, Beverages and fun. Be sure to book your reservations early to reserve your spot for Top Golf.
Day 2:
We will side-by-side compare your income statements and selected KPI's. You will be required to have submitted your numbers 30 days prior to the event to be allowed to participate in this day's meeting. To see everyone's numbers you must share your numbers with everyone. AND YOU MUST KEEP WHAT YOU LEARN CONFIDENTIAL.
VIP Dinner:
Following the last meeting, you will have one hour to get your best 20's attire on. At 5:30 a bus will be taking us to a 1920's style Speak Easy & Steak House for a night of laughs and conversation. The bar will be open bar and a first-class meal will be served.
There is limited seating to the VIP Dinner so purchase your VIP Dinner tickets early.
