on your fingertips, take the 100-year journey from old-world Italy to present-day New Haven and discover the history of apizza. Witness the rise of Frank Pepe’s Pizzeria Napoletana, Sally’s Apizza, and Modern Apizza, our three iconic pizza restaurants, and the others that followed in their footsteps, through the love, the lines,
