1 East Congress StreetHave you ever watched a ghost-hunting show and wondered what it would be like to investigate the paranormal yourself? Now’s your chance to experience it firsthand—inside one of Saratoga Springs’ most historic (and mysterious) buildings.
Join the Olde Saratoga Paranormal Group for a public paranormal investigation at the iconic Canfield Casino, held as a special fundraiser benefiting the Saratoga Springs History Museum.
The evening begins at 6:00 PM with a guided orientation covering the fascinating history of the Canfield Casino, an introduction to paranormal investigating techniques, and time to enjoy pizza with fellow participants. From there, attendees will break into small groups and rotate through different areas of the building, learning how to use real paranormal investigation tools—such as EMF meters, EVP recorders, and other equipment—under the guidance of experienced investigators.
As the night unfolds, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the casino after hours and attempt to make contact with any lingering spirits that may still call this historic site home. The investigation typically concludes around 11:00 PM.
