Description

Outstanding chili is served by Vallarta's finest chefs. Feel free to sample them all and then go back for more. All attendees have one vote to cast for their favorite chili. A panel of local food experts will determine the winners in the Professional category. If at least 3 1st time participants enter, there will also be an additional competition for them.

The Puerto Vallarta Chili Cook-Off is an annual event featuring chili tasting (& judging), music, and fun. Proceeds benefit local Bay of Banderas charities overseen by the Jay Sadler Project A.C., a Jalisco-based nonprofit.
