Start your Saturday off with movement, mindfulness, and a whole lot of puppy love. 🧘‍♀️🐾

Join us May 23rd at 10:30 AM for Puppy Yoga. It's the feel-good reset you didn’t know you needed.

Led by the always-welcoming Pilates Jill, this all-levels yoga class blends gentle, traditional poses with the joyful chaos of a playful puppy pack. Throughout the session, adoptable pups from Humane Society of TN Valley will roam, cuddle, and bring plenty of smiles. A portion of your ticket will be donated to HSTV.

Doors open at 10:15am for check in. The class begins promptly at 11AM and lasts about one hour. Drinks are available for purchase before and after the class.

A few things to know before you flow:

  • Bring your own yoga mat & water bottle — mats are required and hydration is key.

  • Arrive 20-25 minutes early to allow time for parking and check-in so we can start right on time.

  • Waiver required — all participants must sign a waiver before joining the session.

  • Please leave your own dog at home — this experience is all about interacting with the rescue pups attending the class.

  • Can’t make it? This event will sell out quickly. If plans change, let us know so we can refund your ticket and open a spot for someone else.
