For the very first time we are taking Schwalger Performance Clinic to WESTERN SYDNEY and guess what Roger Fabri will be coming back!
Our first clinic for 2021 in Maroubra we hosted over 110 of our athletes and their families it was a day to remember,.
Learn from my Coach/Mentor Roger Fabri, the King of Speed.
The spectator has demanded that all games to become faster, and all games have reacted, Roger will be putting together a clinic highlighting speed endurance (the ability of an athlete to maintain high quality efforts longer)
Roger and his team will be showing you a way to put together a program and how to best execute it and then teach mechanics that will allow you to be efficient, it will also be ideal for coaches as we will highlight when enough is enough and what to look for when you can get that bit more
For the first time NON Members can attend.
The event will be followed by lunch *families to bring a plate to share and fun athletic games to follow. It is a day you do not want to miss.
Members $120, $60 1/2 price siblings (same house hold only)
NON Members $200 including uniform Must attend a running assessment prior to the clinic
