As a former corporate social services professional, I spent years in burnout, chronic pain, and constant survival mode until Qi Gong became the practice that helped me heal my body, calm my nervous system, and reclaim my life after a serious car accident. I help people fall back in love with themselves through food lifestyles changes and wellness.
The transformation was so deep that I became a Certified Qi Gong Instructor, as well as a Herbalist, Health and Wellness Coach and Life Coach. Now I support high-achieving people especially Black, Latina, Brown, and LGBTQIA+ community who are carrying stress, burnout and emotional weight no one sees.
Through gentle movement, breathwork, food lifestyle changes and somatic healing, I help my clients release stored tension, regulate their nervous systems, and return home to themselves.
