Reserve an appointment during the NQM Quilt Documentation Days to learn more about your heirloom quilt from expert quilt appraiser and historian Vickie Coleman, the only quilt appraiser in Kentucky, certified by the American Quilters Society.
All quilts documented will become a part of the historical record in the Quilt Index, a national electronic repository of quilts nationwide.
Quilt Documentation Days are primarily for Kentuckians who have inherited heirloom quilts to learn more about their treasured textiles, although residents from other states may also participate. This project is funded through an America250KY Grant made possible through the Kentucky Arts Council and the Kentucky Historical Society.
Registration for Quilt Documentation Days is required, and participants may reserve up to two appointments. Each appointment is 30 minutes.
