Hi there, we have exciting news!
Starting November 1st 2023, you will be able to book your visit in advance during the weekends and holidays. Walk-ins will be welcome upon availability.
When you pre-book with us, you will be making sure that you and your family get a spot rain or shine, you won't have to wait in line to play at our cafe when we are at full capacity. Plus, you can get a discounted rate for a second sibling AND most importantly, you will know in advance when we are closed due to a private event or birthday party so you can plan your visit accordingly.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
For example, this Saturday Novemeber 11th, we will be open only during these 2-hours time slots, and we'll be closed for a private event in between.
You can choose the one that fits you better, and pre-book online:
- 9:30 am to 11:30 am
- PRIVATE EVENT
- 3:30pm to 5:30pm
- 5:30pm to 7:30pm
Pre-booking with us is nice and simple. Please read carefully the following Q&As for futher information:
CAN I RESCHEDULE?
Yes, absolutely! You can always re-schedule with 24 hours notice directly through our website at no extra charge.
CAN I GET A SPECIAL DISCOUNT FOR A SECOND CHILD WHEN PRE-BOOKING ONLINE?
Yes! Now you can get a special rate for a second or third child when pre-booking online. This discounted rate is valid only when you pre-book with us. Not valid for walk-ins.
CAN I USE MY PRE-PAID PUNCH CARD?
Yes. If you have a valid prepaid punch pass and want to visit us on weekends or holidays, you will be able to use it by calling us at 604-553-1019 at least 30 mint before the time slot you want to come to secure your spot. You will have only a 15 minutes grace period to arrive, after that time, we won't be able to guarantee you a spot.
WHAT ABOUT WEEKDAYS?
For now, we will still take only walk-ins on week days, as we do not host private events or birthday parties during those days, unless we see the need to introduce the pre-booking system for those days too.
HOW DOES THE EXTRA PARENT FEE WORKS?
As we enter to our busiest time of the year, we want to make sure to give more kids and parents a chance to play. Please note that from now on, the extra adult fee will be mandatory when the parent/adult is not covered by a child admission.
Not sure you want to pre-book yet?
No worries at all! We'll still take walk-ins on weekends and holidays, but please note that we won't be able to guarantee a spot especially if the weather is bad, or we might be closed due to a private event or birthday party.
