We are going to have it going at The Broadside Halloween night.  Get ready to groove at the Ratchet Jazz Halloween Bash with Kut Klose, Shamarr Allen, and DJ Polo - it's gonna be lit!  Get dressed up in your funkiest, scariest and most ratchety costume.  There will be a Halloween Costume Contest.  Shamarr brings the talent of Kut Klose and DJ Polo to the stage to make it a scary fun Halloween night.   If you haven't seen one of Shamarr's Ratchet Jazz shows, you have been missing out.  It is an evening featuring Shamarr's horn playing and vocal talent mixed with great DJ grooves and the voices of New Orleans greatest singers.  The Nikkei Izakaya kitchen will be open at 5pm serving up great food and as always we will be serving great wine, beer and spooky spirits from the bars.  We have lots of non alcoholic seltzers and mocktails as well.  Remember it is a Halloween Holiday Weekend.  Come and get it started right at The Broadside.

FAQ

  • The showtime listed for the event is the time the event starts. Doors will generally open an hour before the listed show time unless otherwise listed.
  • We allow pets during the day, but not at night for music (anything after 7pm). Service animals are always allowed
  •  Please do not park in the Broad Theater parking lot. We have a parking lot for The Broadside and plenty street parking available on Toulouse and Lafitte. If you would like to be escorted to your car, please ask the Sheriff on duty. You may also park in the Auto Zone parking lot if they are closed. 
  • Our outdoor space has a variety of seating options such as benches, picnic tables, chairs, and stools. If you require a seat for health reasons or disability, please ask a staff member and they can provide you with a chair.
