SWEET SUCCESS!  Beth Hennington won the Food Network Christmas Cookie Championship 2022!  She is a consummate entrepreneur and artist.  Beth and her daughter Jessica have been on the cover of Southern Living Magazine and in Mississippi Magazine.  She is the owner of TheVanilla.com, the pre-eminent baker of one of a kind cookies that are little works of art.  

Shannon Easter currently lives in Madison and is founder of No More Broken Pieces...Pink Page Party and Women of Royalty and Destiny.  She founded an organization that provides Prom dresses at an event called Blessed With a Dress.  Shannon has an incredible story and she is just bubbling with vision and possibilities to share with us.

Multiplying Impact

Rankin Career Women (RCW) was developed from my own desire to give back to the community following an event in 2017, when my friend unexpectedly and shockingly took her own life.  She was a wife, mother and career woman, just like me and just like so many of the ladies that attend Rankin Career Women luncheons.  Every other month, we meet for a catered lunch at The Vault Venue in Brandon.  Luncheons include fun door prizes, decorated tables and take-aways for each attendee. There is something about the “power of same”, when we share our stories and connect with each other, without regard to race or economic status.  Sometimes the good story and the hard story are the same story.
