Learn how fish can be a healthy, affordable part of your everyday meals, whether you’re replacing meat or looking to experiment with new ingredients.
This experimental class is taught by Patrick Timpson from Brighton institution Riddle & Finns. Pat will teach you some essential skills and tips for fish and seafood preparation. This class involves cooking with SEAFOOD, FISH, DAIRY AND GLUTEN
In groups you will prepare a signature dish from the restaurant (depending on the catch of the day) and then with Pats guidance create a unique fish dish with a selection of storeroom ingredients to sit and enjoy a communal lunch together.
The low-cost places on this class are available thanks to Patrick from Riddle & Finns generously donating his time for this event. BNFS will also be donating fish.
We will also be doing a prize draw for a voucher for a set menu dinner at Riddle & Finns.
