Join Lee Shipway, retired mental health therapist as she explains the symptoms, prevalence and nuances of Postpartum Depression (PPD) and how to distinguish PPD from "the baby blues". Participants will learn how to help someone suffering from PPD, why many mothers either don't recognize the problem or hide the problem, and the two most common time frames of occurence.
