We at the museum work to preserve and present the rich history of the Attleboro area with an emphasis on its industrial history. We welcome visits by individuals and groups interested in exploring Attleboro’s industrial history. We are active in making historic presentations both at the museum and out in our community.

Massachusetts STEM week is almost here! Come celebrate with the Attleboro Area Industrial Museum during our “Three Little Pigs” event on October 23rd from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm. Bring your young learners (Ages: 3-5) for story time and an engineering challenge.
After reading the story of the “Three Little Pigs” we will build the houses from the story using paper for the Straw House, toothpicks for the Wooden House, and Duplo blocks for the Brick House. Which house can withstand us trying to blow it down? Parents/Guardians are expected to stay with their littles for the entirety of the event. Space is limited, registration required. While we are committed to keeping STEM events free, a $5 refundable deposit is required to encourage event attendance. Refunds will be given after completion of the event for those who attend.
