Workshop Logistics:

The Regenerative Leadership Workshop will be held from 1:00 – 5:00 PM on Thursday, May 2nd and continue all day, 9:00 – 5:00 on Friday, May 3rd.

Coffee, lunch, snacks provided by award-winning local purveyors, all dietary requirements accommodated 

Social Hour will be included on Thursday with an option to participate in the Annual Mosaic Art Walk occurring all around the Collider Center in downtown Asheville, NC. 

The Collider team can assist you with special hotel rates, ground transportation, and other logistics as needed.

Workshop Facilitators

Lisa Marie Main, Co-founder and President of Continuum Consulting Services, is an accomplished leader, consultant, executive coach, and facilitator known for her ability to unite people from diverse backgrounds. With nearly 30 years of experience, Lisa has led transformative initiatives worldwide, fostering alignment and results-driven action among business and organizational leaders. Her deep understanding of human systems enables her to navigate complex change initiatives and facilitate resolution in high-tension conflict situations.

Passionate about unlocking human potential, Lisa has served in various roles, including leading country-wide Appreciative Inquiry processes and partnering with global corporations such as Alcon, JP Morgan Chase, Kellogg’s, and Pfizer. She holds a master's degree in Applied Behavioral Science with a focus on leadership and organizational development and is a continuing studies instructor for Duke University. Lisa's commitment to understanding nature's systemic success factors led her to obtain a certificate in Permaculture.

When not engaged with clients, Lisa enjoys spending time in the great outdoors of Colorado with her family.

Wendy White, Co-founder and CEO of Continuum Consulting Services, brings over 20 years of passion, insight, and creativity to her work with Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, NGOs, and nonprofits. With a unique blend of internal and external consulting experience, Wendy possesses an insider's understanding of client challenges, allowing her to design tailored solutions that go beyond best practices theory.

Wendy's creative prowess shines through in her ability to address the challenges and opportunities faced by organizations in the global economy. Her work has taken her across continents, where she has made significant contributions to organizational development and sustainability initiatives. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in education and recreation administration, along with a post-graduate certificate in organizational development. She is certified in Myers-Briggs, Appreciative Inquiry, and various assessment systems.

In 2021, Wendy completed certificate requirements for Sustainability and the Circular Economy with Cambridge University. She is a member of several professional associations, including the Experiential Based Training and Development Alliance and Triangle OD Network. Wendy recently launched Let's Choose Love, a movement dedicated to inspiring individuals to bring forth more peace, joy, and love into the world.

When not consulting, Wendy finds balance through yoga, kayaking, biking, travel, music, volunteering, gardening, writing, and spending time with her two adult children.
