Description

A comprehensive weekend course in this fascinating energy healing system, taught by a Reiki Master with over 20 years' experience in both practising and teaching Reiki. 

You will:

  • learn about the history of Reiki, and how it continues to evolve
  • discover how to track your own energy and perceive other people's energetic fields
  • master techniques to hold clear positive intention and focus 
  • experience meditations and exercises for channelling Reiki, protecting your own energy field, and grounding yourself
  • receive two attunements over the course of the weekend, supporting your connection to Reiki
  • enjoy a small group class with plenty of individual support, and flexible learning with time for questions
  • leave confident and capable in giving Reiki to yourself, your family, and friends

    All course materials are provided, and ongoing support and development is available in person, by email and at regular Reiki share classes.

Oona has been working with Reiki since 2001, and continues to both offer one-to-one treatments and group trainings, with each aspect informing the other.  All of Oona's work is trauma-informed and she brings not only extensive experience of Reiki as both therapist and trainer, but also additional insights from her academic studies in Psychology and Psychotherapy, and professional training in Seichim/SKHM energy, Hypnotherapy, NLP, and trauma resolution models such as Somatic Experiencing, NeuroAffective Touch, and NeuroAffective Relational Model.

Oona McFarlane has been working a complementary therapist and teacher for over 15 years, and is trained and experienced in Reiki, Seichim/SKHM energy, NLP, Ericksonian Hypnotherapy and Somatic Experiencing. She runs regular FIrewalk events and is a trainer of FIrewalk Instructors.
She co-founded Tir na nOg Holistic centre in 2005.
