Reiki for Self-Care

Description

In this 4-hour live class you will:

• Learn the basic principles of Reiki
• Learn about the chakra system
• Learn about your energetic body
• Learn how to use Reiki techniques for stress relief and pain management
• Receive a basic Reiki attunement
• Learn how to shield and protect your energy

You can use these skills to help yourself, loved ones, pets and plants manage stress and pain.
