USUI REIKI LEVEL 1 CERTIFICATION
Learn the language of energy—and how it speaks to you.
Have you felt drawn to Reiki, curious about energy, or ready to deepen your connection with yourself?
Come begin your journey with me.
I’m Bridget, a Reiki Grand Master, teacher, and spiritual mentor. My training across several Reiki traditions and mentorship in shamanic energy practices shape the way I teach: with practical guidance, spiritual connection, and room for you to discover your own experience.
Alongside traditional Usui Reiki foundations, we’ll explore how you notice energy, how it feels to you, and how to build trust in that connection. You don’t have to experience it the way someone else does—or arrive knowing what you’re doing. That’s why we’re here. 🤍
Together, we’ll explore:
✨ Reiki history, principles, and spiritual ethics.
✨ Grounding, connecting, and practicing self-Reiki.
✨ Traditional hand placements and sensing energy.
✨ Your personal connection with Reiki through guided practice.
You’ll receive your Level 1 attunement, then have time to practice, ask questions, and experience working with Reiki in a supportive setting.
Your class includes a Reiki manual, a quartz crystal to work with, and your Level 1 Certificate of Completion.
Level 1 centers on self-practice: making time to listen to your body, care for yourself, and develop a meaningful spiritual practice you can return to.
In person only • Limited spaces • No prior experience needed
Bring your curiosity and a willingness to connect. Let’s discover what this journey holds for you.
