Level 2 is where we begin going deeper.
This class moves beyond the foundations of Reiki and begins teaching you how to work more intentionally with energy—while developing the awareness, confidence and skills you’ll need as you begin working with others.
During your Level 2 training, we’ll explore:
✨ Traditional Level 2 Reiki Symbols
Learn the Level 2 symbols, their meanings and how to begin incorporating them intentionally into your Reiki practice.
🙌 Working With Clients
Move beyond practicing primarily on yourself and begin learning how to confidently structure and facilitate a Reiki session for another person.
🌿 Hand Placements & Energy Flow
Strengthen your technique, hand placement and understanding of how Reiki may move and feel throughout a session.
💫 The Language of Energy
This is one of the most important pieces of Level 2.
We’ll begin exploring how energy may feel, shift and communicate differently beneath your hands—and how to become more aware of what you’re sensing without feeling like you have to second-guess everything.
🔥 Level 2 Attunements
You’ll receive your Reiki Level 2 attunements as part of your continued development and connection with Reiki.
And this isn't the end of your learning.
Level 2 isn't about leaving class suddenly knowing everything there is to know about energy healing.
It's where you really begin learning how to become a practitioner.
You’ll leave with your Reiki Level 2 Certification, new tools to practice with, and a deeper foundation to continue developing your abilities through experience, practice and mentorship.

Students must have completed Reiki Level 1 with Bridget before attending Level 2.
