Share Oona McFarlane has been working a complementary therapist and teacher for over 15 years, and is trained and experienced in Reiki, Seichim/SKHM energy, NLP, Ericksonian Hypnotherapy and Somatic Experiencing. She runs regular FIrewalk events and is a trainer of FIrewalk Instructors.
She co-founded Tir na nOg Holistic centre in 2005.
Description
A relaxed afternoon of Reiki practice and learning in a group setting. We will work with meditation, energy exercises and healing sessions to both give and receive Reiki. From April onwards we will be spending some time exploring the energy of the chakras individually, as well as healing practice.
Suitable for anyone with Reiki training at Level 1 or above.
