Description
Release & Thrive: A Donation-Based Beginner Yoga Session
Step into a gentle space of presence and remembrance as we come home to ourselves through the breath.
This 45-minute beginner yoga class is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reestablish the connection between body, mind, and spirit — meeting yourself exactly where you are. We will close with a 15-minute positive affirmation meditation.
Together, we’ll explore:
- Foundational postures that invite grounding and ease
- Breath-work practices to bring awareness and life into the body
- Mindful movement to release tension and cultivate inner spaciousness
- Simple techniques for reconnecting with your center amidst life’s noise
- Finishing with affirmations aligned with balance, strength & positivity
This class is donation-based, offered in the spirit of accessibility and community care — so that everyone, regardless of means, has a place to breathe, move, and be.
Come as you are, with curiosity and compassion. This is a space for renewal, reconnection, and remembering the simple power of the breath. We are holding space for 8, so please reserve your space today to secure your yoga mat. If you cannot donate at this time, please don't let that stop you from finding your peace. No one will be turned away.
