Transportation

Since everyone is coming from different places, you will be responsible for your transportation costs. 

Flights

The closest airports are Willington (43 minute drive) or Myrtle Beach (1 hour 20 minute drive), but the biggest and most accessible airports are Raleigh ( 2 hour 40 minute drive) or Charlotte (3 hour 40 Minute drive). 

Car Rental

We recommend renting a car for your stay to get to and from the airport as well as exploring some of the developments.

Friday, Nov 1

7 p.m.- Join us in the "Pomegranate house" (the white with pink accents) 100 SE 66th Street, Oak island for an ice cream social.

Saturday, Nov. 2  

8 a.m.-  Continental breakfast and networking (grab a bagel, donut and some coffee) at a meet and greet. 

8:30 a.m.- Guided Tours of Oak Island Development Project and Ribbon Cutting

9:00 a.m.- The Land Development Workshop, Learn about every step of the development process for this project.

12:00 p.m.- Catered Lunch

1:00 p.m.- Ribbon Cutting and Tour of Oak Island

2:00 p.m.- Drive to Ocean Isle, Halle & Hazel Projects

First Address:

10:00- Leave for either the boat tour or ferry right to Bald Head (bring a coat or jacket)

11:00- Boat Tour of harbor and Intercoastal Waters (11-1)

Meet at 110 Yacht Basin Dr, Southport, NC 28461, US

1-6 whenever hang out at Bald Head Island and have dinner on own

Group #2 Signup Here 

11:00- Depart on a ferry to Bald Head Island for biking, birdwatching, beaches, crabbing, kayaking etc. Meet at 1301 Ferry Road in Southport, NC 

1:30- 3:30- Depart from Bald Head Island on Boat Tour of harbor and Intercoastal Waters (1:30-3:30)

Departure: Sunday night or Monday morning
