New for 2025: Timed Wagon Ride Reservations for Opening Day To improve your experience on the farm, we are introducing “Reserve a Ride” Ticket for Opening Day only — Friday, November 28, 2025.
Reserve a ride tickets are not required but strongly encouraged especially from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. In recent years, we've made many efforts to reduce the long lines that form early in the day. While we've made progress, 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. continues to be our busiest time. With more guests joining us each year and our farm growing from 30 to 65 acres of trees, wagon rides have become essential—and popular—but they do limit how many guests we can transport at once.
This new reservation system will help us manage flow and provide a smoother, more enjoyable start to your holiday tradition.
What Is a “Reserve a Ride” Ticket ?
Much like a theme park fast pass, this ticket reserves you a seat on a wagon during a specific 30-minute window. No long lines—just more time to enjoy the experience.
Details:
Date: Opening Day only – Friday, November 28, 2025
When tickets go live:Monday, October 13 at 8:00 p.m.
Available time slots: Every 30 minutes from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Price:$5 per person
💵 Ticket Credit: The full amount of your reserved ticket will be credited toward your tree purchase. (Example: 2 tickets at $5 = $10 off your tree at checkout) Please note: You must arrive within your reserved time slot to receive the credit.
Who Needs a “Reserve a Ride” Ticket ?
You need a Reserved Wagon Ride Ticket if you plan to:
Ride the wagon out to cut your own tree on Opening Day
You do NOT need a ticket if you are:
Purchasing a pre-cut tree
Coming to shop, explore, or enjoy the farm without using the wagon ride
No Reservation? No Problem (But Expect a Wait)
We know not everyone will hear about this change ahead of time. We’re keeping some wagon seats open for walk-up guests. If you arrive without a reserved ticket, we’ll do our best to get you out to the tree field—but please understand there may be a wait, especially in the morning.
Why We’re Making This Change
We understand that this is a big change—especially for our long-time, loyal customers who have made tree-cutting day a family tradition. This decision was made after years of careful planning with one goal in mind: to make your visit better.
We believe this system allows you to continue your tradition without the long lines and with more time to enjoy everything the farm has to offer.
Thank you for your patience, your support, and for growing with us. We can’t wait to welcome you back.
