Description
This week we will sip on 3 different herbal teas while learning how they specifically promote relaxation. After trying each one we will learn about the art of blending and blend our own tea from the three of them.
It doesn't matter where you are in your tea journey, this class is for everyone. Learning about how tea affects the body and helps relax us is something everyone can use!
