Blue Grass Drive-In Theater - 2
774 W Mayne StreetSurvival horror and a twisted psychological thriller make for a dark night at the Blue Grass Drive-In with our double feature: Resident Evil and Verity.
Start the night with Resident Evil, the new take on the horror franchise from Weapons director Zach Cregger. Austin Abrams plays Bryan, a medical courier whose delivery to Raccoon City General turns into a night of running for his life when an outbreak tears through the city. It's an original story built for the dark.
Then stay for Verity, the new thriller from director Michael Showalter based on Colleen Hoover's bestseller. Anne Hathaway is Verity Crawford, a bed-bound author whose husband (Josh Hartnett) hires a ghostwriter (Dakota Johnson) to finish her hit series of novels. When the ghostwriter finds what looks like Verity's own confessions hidden in the house, she can't tell what's fiction, what's real, and who in that house she should be afraid of. Rated R.
We're open Friday - Saturday - Sunday. The ticket booth opens at 6 PM. Movies begin at dusk.
