Find Your Tranquility Counseling and Wellness

Kathryn Gardner is a mom, wife, licensed therapist and certified health coach. In 2001, she became a licensed therapist and has been helping women's well-being ever since. She has dedicated herself to the care of moms and moms-to-be, as well as women 35+ coping with juggling it all. She focuses on a holistic approach to Anxiety and Stress management. Highly trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Positive Psychology, she has seen her counseling clients flourish. She is a Christian Catholic and leans on her faith daily to gain strength. She is also an Adjunct Professor at Saint Leo University - Psychology department. She is passionate about helping you find your tranquility!
