Join me for a 4-week Restore & Reset class, which is a deeply restorative experience designed to help you release tension, reset your nervous system, and move through your life with clarity and calm. This express class blends supported mostly floor-based yoga postures with gentle breathwork and guided meditation for a profound sense of rest and renewal.
You’ll spend most of the class lying comfortably in slow, restful poses using blankets, pillows, and blocks for support. The practice encourages deep relaxation through mindful breathing and meditation, helping release physical and emotional stress and preparing you for a balanced, focused day ahead.
At just 45 minutes, this class fits perfectly into busy mornings while delivering powerful relaxation and energy restoration. To enhance the experience, some sessions may include soothing singing bowls or light aromatherapy, inviting your senses to fully unwind as your mind and body sink into relaxation.
