4 week Postpartum Rehab Exercise class taught by
Postpartum Expert and Women's Health Physical Therapist : Alicia Roberts

This class is designed for any postpartum body to reconnect, restore and rebuild your deep inner core after pregnancy and birth. Alicia takes her years of experience working with postpartum bodies, including her own, and delivers her 4 week LIVE (and recorded) rehab exercise program, specifically designed for your postpartum body.
You will start the program by reconnecting with your breath, pelvic floor and deep abdominals and then each week the exercises progress to challenge your muscle coordination, stability and endurance.
You will be given a handout for each week's routine, plus access to the recording of the live class so you can attend live and review later or watch the recorded class on your own time if you can't make it live. You will also have email access to Alicia during the 4 weeks for personal questions as they come up.
Learn from a true postpartum professional to learn the proper way to rehab your core and restore the roots of your body for life long body wellness. This is not just a fitness class. These 4 weeks will establish how your body stabilizes your spine, pelvis, pelvic organs and posture during your daily activities as well as all your future fitness activities.
Appropriate for any postpartum body, no matter how long ago you gave birth. *Vaginal births - please wait 4 weeks since your birth to start and Cesarean births please wait 6 weeks.
