Paired with M. Chapoutier Crozes-Hermitage Les Meysonniers Blanc.

 

THIRD

Lamb chops with creamed leeks, roasted grapes, fingerling potatoes & olive butter.

Paired with Château La Nerthe Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

 

FOURTH

Gateau royal with almond hazelnut crust, chocolate praline mousse, corn flake crunch & cocoa mirror glaze.

Paired with Domaine de Beaurenard Rasteau.
