Rhythm & Rose at Autumn Lake Winery

Description

Let's celebrate the start of spring with some vinyasas and vino at Autumn Lake Winery!  First we'll enjoy a WARRIOR Rhythm workout by the lake, and then we'll stay and enjoy some delicious wine (you don't have to choose rosé).

WARRIOR Rhythm is a unique fitness experience blending music-driven yoga flows with HIIT, strength training, and mindfulness. 

Ever wish you liked yoga but you just can't seem to sit still? Then this class is perfect for you!  We lift weights and HIIT it, too!

Already love yoga?  Then you'll adore the sun salutes and fresh flows set to fun, edgy tunes!  The playlist literally rocks. 

This class is for everybody and Every Body.  Come As You Are. 

Each ticket includes a glass of wine after your workout.  

Bring a yoga mat, water, and a sweat towel.  A set of light dumbbells is recommended but not required.
