The workshop will emphasize the importance of voting as a major form of civic engagement

Free lessons, resources, a letter for 1 1/2 hours of professional development points, and a $100 stipend will be provided for all educators attending.

Parking Advisory:
Please note that the Rhode Island General Assembly will be in session, which may limit available parking around the State House. We recommend allowing extra time to find street parking or using the Providence Place Mall (State side) garage. From there, it's a short walk around the building to the Smith Street entrance, which faces the Capitol Hill complexes. Thank you for planning ahead!
