Sharon & Jenny are very excited to offer you a relaxing day to create your own canvas painting masterpiece ‘Blackbird’. The symbolism of the Blackbird represents strength, power & protection. No artistic ability is required as you will be professionally guided by Jenny, a local artist, to create your artwork in 3 layers as you reflect on your own journey through life to allow your unique story to unfold.

During the day we will spend time connecting with ourselves and supporting each other through meditation, play and creativity. All materials and afternoon tea are provided.
When women gather in an intentional and safe sacred space the power of love and appreciation for everything becomes abundant.
Your hosts for the day will be:
Sharon Brockman: I am a facilitator in Meditation and Women’s Circles, I am an Aromatherapist, Reiki master and Energy Healer incorporating many modalities. I empower women to embrace themselves and connect to their truth. In my studio i create a safe space for women from all different backgrounds, upbringings and beliefs to connect, support and empower each other through play and creativity while strengthening the connection of sisterhood in your life. A place where you can leave your 'label's' behind and honour your unique self without judgement while taking a journey on your own personal development path. It is a time put aside to nurture and nourish the woman, time to commit to your true authentic self so you can live your life the way you desire.

Jenny Koch: I am a practicing artist with a Diploma in Art/Visual Art and Workplace Training and assessment. I have had many years' experiences exhibiting, facilitating Art classes and painting live on stage with the band Warrior Poets. Also, co-founder of Art and Soul, a 12 week program incorporating teaching painting and dealing with life issues such as identity, spirituality and wholeness.
As an Art/Life coach my studio "Little Sparrow Art" has been a haven for many over the years with our art connecting each other, our spirituality and wholeness. I believe the art practice has intrinsic value for connection to Creator and creation and each other, for well-being and wholeness and for uncovering pathways within and without
