Get ready for a fiesta at the Summit! Join us for a night of ‘Ritas and Fajitas where the margaritas will be flowing, and the fajitas will be sizzling.

Soak in the start of fall and the vibrant colors of the changing leaves from the top of the mountain as you enjoy a feast crafted by Chef Rafa and Chef Andy. A full menu is coming your way soon, so stay tuned!
