Violinist Nicolle Avila brings a celebration of lights to Honey Acres Farm this December!
"This recital is a love letter to my favorite Colombian holiday, “Día de las Velitas” (Little Candle Day). This celebration is a time of ritual, community, and cultural tradition that fills friends and families with joy and togetherness. The program weaves experimental singing and playing, Ysaÿe’s Ballade, original chants, and a Christmas carol that opens the door to the holiday season. It is a moment to honor my roots, let creativity speak in new ways, and share a piece of home with the Honey Acres community."
