Share The Alaska Salmon Bake, which is one of the oldest single family owned restaurants in Fairbanks, was started by Rick Winther in 1979. Rick is a 4th Generation Alaskan who comes from a long line of fisherman and wonderful home cooks. Wanting to share his love of fresh fish and great food with the rest of the interior, he opened “The Bake” which became an instant Summertime tradition for locals and visitors alike.

Your Riverside Romance Experience includes a five course gourmet meal for two, a bottle of Prosecco, a welcome cocktail, and a special Valentine's Day gift. Our bar will be open if you wish to purchase additional cocktails or mocktails. 🍾
There are two separate seatings available - 5:30pm and 8pm, with very limited tables available at each. Tickets are $200/couple online through February 6th + $250/couple if purchased after February 6th.
