ROBIN WEST
Robin West is a Chicago-based singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, performer, and music educator. Classically trained at the DePaul University School of Music, writing in the indie rock vein and noted for their raw, compelling performances and commanding stage presence, Robin performs their original music all over the city. Venues include Schubas Tavern, the Golden Dagger, Elbo Room, Davenport’s, DePaul University, Uncommon Ground, 365-viii, Subterranean, My Buddy’s, and Pilsen Art House. In October 2021, Robin released their debut EP, “Hunger Moon” and followed up on January 1, 2022 with their acclaimed single, “Houses,” available on all platforms. When not playing music, Robin enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, teaching rock history and performance, learning foreign languages, being screamed at by their cat, and indulging their rampant coffee problem.

KAYLA DESOUZA
Singer-songwriter and Chicago native Kayla DeSouza knew she wanted to pursue music from a very young age. At age nine Kayla began taking guitar lessons and immediately started to write her own songs. While studying Jazz performance at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign Kayla formed her own band "Kayla and the Moon Lace Band" in 2015. The band released their first EP "Eclipse" in February of 2016. In December 2016 she released her first solo EP "Walk Steady."
Kayla has recently started to combine her favorite genres, (Jazz, Pop and R&B) in the songs she writes. Kayla continues to gig solo and with her band in the Chicago area.
