What You Will Learn
Roll Together: A Sushi Night for Two is a hands-on date night experience designed for you and your partner to connect, create, and have fun together. Guided by our chef, you’ll work side by side to learn the basics of sushi making—from preparing seasoned rice to rolling and slicing your own maki. With fresh ingredients and playful technique, this interactive class is all about teamwork, laughter, and sharing a delicious meal you’ve made together.
Each ticket is designed for two—just one ticket covers the full experience for you and your partner.

What To Expect
Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor
Length: Approximately 3 hours.
Format: Hands-On: Cook alongside the Chef as you follow step-by-step instructions to create your own dishes. The Chef is there as your instructor, guiding you through techniques and answering any questions along the way.
Location: Second floor: Please note that our second floor is ONLY accessible via stairs.
Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.

General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
