Rooted Together is a family mindfulness and nature experience designed to help children and caregivers slow down, reconnect, and explore simple tools for grounding and emotional well-being. Through interactive breathwork and mindfulness activities, families will learn kid-friendly techniques to calm the body, focus the mind, and connect with the natural world.
The experience will end with a reflection and a shared grounding practice to take home. Designed for children ages 6+, Rooted Together is an opportunity for families to pause, connect, and grow together.
Tickets are $10 per family.
