Rope Games on Thursday, April 30, 7pm-9pm
Ever wished you had more kink in your games, or more games in your kink?
In a spirit of silliness and playful competition, participants can join in a variety of ropey games, on a spectrum from mostly game to mostly rope:
Jenga, Immobilized: Multiple players play a game of Jenga, but with all of their limbs tied up. How will you remove a piece and avoid knocking over the tower when you don't have the full use of your arms?
Board Games with a Tying Timer: Play a classic board game - such as Scrabble or chess - but while you're taking your turn, you’re being tied up, so the longer you take to make your move, the more immobilized you will be... and the more challenging it might be to make your next move!
Hogtie race: Tops are given two minutes to hogtie bottoms, before bottoms line up at the starting line and race each other to ther finish line across the room
Escape room: Unlike a classic escape room based on solving puzzles, in this game you'll have to work together to physically untie and escape from rope!
Game Leader: Ropey Flower is a rope enthusiast and game enthusiast who loves making play playful in all senses of the word. She loves to combine rope with art and movement. She approaches kink from a place of glee and silliness, and she wants you to have fun with rope!
Partnering: Solo attendees are very much welcome, as are people attending as tying pairs. The rope games can be done by pairs or groups, and people are welcome & encouraged to form pairs & groups with other participants for each of the games.
Skills/Experience Needed: No specific skills or experience is required, but people intending to tie at this event should be able to tie someone up in a way that hinders their movement. People intending to be tied at this event should be able to communicate when something isn’t working for them.
