Rope Photo Shoot with Kay
Join us for a daytime photo shoot rope jam with professional photographer Kay Davis!
Whether you're tying a partner or self-tying, this is an opportunity to get stunning, high-quality photos that capture your ties and the special moments of your rope scene.
Kay will follow your lead, respect your boundaries, and shoot amazing photos of your rope scene. He will do a brief consultation with you prior to the rope scene to understand your boundaries, what you want from the photo shoot, and how you would like to interact (or not interact) with the photographer. Based on your stated preferences, he can either stand back and quietly catch your candid moments as they unfold, or it can be a more active collaboration with real-time conversation about positions, posing, and framing for photos. He can shoot wide shots that hold a whole pose in frame and/or intimate close-ups that highlight texture and detail.
Each participant will receive a private folder of professionally edited photos of their rope scene after the event.
Sign-ups are time slot based (1 hour each) so you'll have dedicated time with Kay to work through what you want to capture. The time slot refers to your time under the hard point / in the photo area. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your time slot in order to get settled in and set up. Come earlier if there's anything you'd like to pre-tie. You are welcome to stay after your photo time slot ends to hang out in the studio outside of the photo area.
Note: Tickets are priced per time slot, not per person. Only purchase ONE ticket if you are a tying pair or multiple people planning a single scene.
