Time to give summer the proper sendoff with the last event in our summer wine dinner series! This evening will be devoted to the beloved, but often-misunderstood rosé. Yes, it's a light and easy drinking wine that might make you think first of bachelorette parties or Valentine's Day. But rosés can be complex, and they pair well with cheese and food! We'll be pulling out all the stops for this evening, with a selection of fine (and very different) rosés and a special themed menu crafted by FireFly Farms' Artistic Director, Pablo Solanet.
