Description
This is the entry form for the Blue Mountain Rough Stock Shoot Out.
First come first serve, draw will be completed the day of the event. All sales final and no refunds. This serves as a placeholder that you are willing to compete at your own risk and will complete the waiver. Failure to agree and submit waiver will result in no entry.
You will be required to sign a waiver when you check into the office on the day of the event. Any competitor under 18 years old will require a waiver signed by parent or legal guardian.
