Join Winemaker, Kerem Baki, for the second wine in our Vintage Vertical Series: tasting of Ruby - our Winemaker's signature red blend.
This immersive tasting invites guests to journey through the evolution of Ruby across more than eight vintages dating back to 2006, offering a deeper appreciation of the varietal and a glimpse into future releases yet to come. Along the way, our Winemaker will guide the conversation around thoughtful questions such as ideal aging potential, food pairings, and how to choose the perfect moment to open a bottle for the best possible experience.
Your ticket includes a light culinary accompaniment thoughtfully selected to enhance each vintage, followed by an intimate post-tasting discussion with the Winemaker. Hosted in our Fox Den, this fireside setting creates the perfect atmosphere to explore the nuances of each vintage, gain insight into Kerem’s winemaking philosophy and craft, and share your own impressions. Select Ruby vintages will be available for purchase by the glass or bottle throughout the day.
