Our Rustic Italian Supper is a relaxed four-course dinner designed to bring people together over comforting food. Settle in, take your time, and enjoy a homemade meal prepared with care in the welcoming atmosphere of the farm.
We will begin the evening with freshly baked focaccia with fragrant olive oil and herbs. Crisp on the outside and soft inside, this classic Italian bread is perfect for sharing and sets the tone for the meal ahead.
The second course features a traditional Caesar salad made with crisp romaine lettuce, shaved Parmesan cheese, and house-made dressing, finished with crunchy croutons. Simple, fresh, and full of flavor, it’s the perfect bright start before the heartier main course.
For the main course, guests will enjoy a vegetable lasagna, layered with pasta, rich tomato sauce, vegetables, and creamy cheese, then baked until bubbling and golden. This comforting classic is deeply satisfying on its own, but guests may also choose to add a side of Italian sausage or homemade meatballs.
We’ll finish the evening with a classic slice of tiramisu, the beloved Italian dessert layered with espresso-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, and a dusting of cocoa. Light, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet, it’s the perfect ending to a comforting meal.
