New Graduate Student Orientation is built for you—to help you start the year confident, connected, and ready to go.
You’ll meet fellow students, hear from those who’ve already been through the grad school experience, and connect with the faculty who will guide your program. It’s your chance to get practical insight, ask real questions, and walk into day one prepared for what’s ahead.
Registration:
Your Simpletix registration is our best method of determining how to best accommodate you for this event. We will be checking for your registration, and, if you have not registered, we may not be able to provide you with all the resources you need to begin your orientation and semester. We will be checking for registration after the event as a matter of university protocol. Please be sure to register!
ID Cards:
If you are a new student, you can receive a student ID card by sending a photo to our online portal, located here: https://ipo.rutgers.edu/publicsafety/iam/online-photo-submission. Please note the guidelines for acceptable photos. You may receive your student ID at registration for orientation; alternatively, you may visit the IMPACT Booth during its hours of operation, found here: https://campuscenter.camden.rutgers.edu/hours-operation. Please try to upload your photo ASAP in order to have it ready for you in time for orientation.
