On Saturday, November 15, 2025, East Los Angeles will come alive with culture, music, food, and community spirit as we celebrate SABORCITO 2025—a special birthday celebration for PYROLOU, turned into something even greater: a fundraiser for a cause close to the heart. All proceeds from the event will directly benefit the East LA Youth Rising Club, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering underserved youth and families in the community celebrating 75 years of service.
Another one-of-a-kind event that blends the joy of a birthday party with the purpose of giving back. Guests, Adults 21+ will be treated to a full cultural experience featuring:
🎶 Live Entertainment – Traditional mariachi and vibrant ballet folklórico performances that showcase the richness of Mexican heritage.
🎟 Good Times – Exciting surprises throughout the night, adding to the festive energy.
