🧡 Sacral Chakra Yin Yoga & Sound Bath 🧡
✨ Join Yoga Instructor Kya Blount & Sound Healer Madi Speer for a cohosted Yin Yoga & Sound bath session. This is not a high intensity Yoga class, you can expect slow, gentle postures designed for restoration & deep somatic releasing. In addition, you can expect weaved in intention, affirmations & energy work designed to connect to this Chakra more intimately.
🧡 The Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana in Sanskrit) is an energy center in the subtle body that governs our relationship to pleasure, creativity & sensuality. It is connected to our emotional intelligence & sexuality. When out of balanced or blocked, this can create an unhealthy relationship to desire, addictions, feelings of guilt & shame.
✨ Yoga Mats & Blocks will be provided, however, if you would like to bring your own or if you would like to bring extra props such as pillows, towels or blankets for additional support, both are acceptable.
