Sacred Sessions is a community event where people come together in an intimate setting to help guide each other back to the roots of our human nature. Our goal is to unify and form a safe space to open our hearts through high vibrational music, art and activities.
The day begins with an intention setting circle, a cacao ceremony led by Jonathan Jeewan Thoresen, a guided meditation, a yoga practice led by Emily Harris, and a sound healing experience by Jennifer McClure. Guest are free to participate in any of these activities or relax in the courtyard. Following our opening series, there is a special interactive workshops planned which will be covering the topic of Mycology. Afterwards, all of our live music performances will be held inside!
If you’re feeling social, you can head to the outdoor patio area to catch a vibe with our hand selected DJs, check out the craft vendors, or explore some of the many services we have to offer such as tarot readings, henna art, massage therapy, and reiki healing.
Hungry for a bite or need a sip of something refreshing? Our craft tea master at Quinteassence and delicious food vendors, including Avocado Gypsy (gluten free + vegan options) will be here to nourish your soul!
Last but not least, we will also be having a raffle and donating 100% of the raffles proceeds to the Feeding Tampa Bay Hurricane Ian relief program.
