Sacred Sessions is a community event where people come together in an intimate setting to help guide each other back to the roots of our human nature. Our goal is to unify and form a safe space to open our hearts through high vibrational music, art and interactive activities for all ages.
Sacred Sessions 3.0 is our next event on April 8, 2023 at The Factory in St. Pete, FL! The event is from 1PM-Midnight.
The day begins in our large indoor warehouse space with an intention setting/ introduction circle, and a cacao ceremony. Following this introduction, we will have a group yoga session led by Molly Rose Curls where we will be guided through an embodied heart space yoga flow with somatic and reiki energy.
Here is where we will shift gears and go straight into our Workshop Space. After movement comes rest, with a 45 minutes cleansing Sound Healing Experience led by Salena of Stars Healing Energy accompanied by a self-love Yoga Nidra meditation led by Valerie of Holistic Hippie Vibes. Then Valerie will lead us through a 45 minute Breathwork Journey where she will "shoot us to the moon" using the power of breath and intention. Once this is complete, Capricorn Mama is going to come drop some knowledge in a workshop titled "Why Are You the Way You Are?" where she will be going through different personal and general astrological themes helping to realign our inner compass. "I'd like to help folks to use this information with a three-step evolutionary process: Awareness, Acceptance, Embrace." Afterwards, The Mad Mycologist is back to share the presentation he likes to call Fungal Jungle: A Live Mushroom Lab Demo.
Outside in the Zen Garden will be home to craft vendors, food and drink vendors, live glass blowing, and more! This mystical fairy garden is also the perfect space to explore some of the many services we have to offer such as tarot readings, henna art, massage therapy, and reiki healing. We will be offering Kava, Kratom, and Mocktails that are out of this world!
The Sacred Sessions music experience is more elevated than ever, leveling up production with the WAAT Sound System, a visual projection screen with Live VJ's, and Live DJ's going from 4pm-Midnight. Enjoy a diverse selection of lo-fi beats, experimental bass, dance-floor grooves, drum and bass, and more. Coming from ATL to the Burg, headliner Zen Selekta is going to be bringing her ancient and tribal sounds carrying us on a very rare Downtempo journey. As direct support, Langwidj from Tallahassee, FL is taking us on a journey and a whole range of sounds that will be sure to tickle your brain in all the sweet spots. We will be wrapping up the day with a Closing Ceremony circle during a live ambient set by KingJoe. Other artists on the lineup include; Shakes, Aeturnum, TrebleTina, Telos369, and Tantra.
